Pet Policy

We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Fees include a $300 pet deposit and $35 monthly pet fee. Weight limit for pets is 85 lb. No aggressive breeds allowed.

Applicant has the right to provide Crowne at Briargate with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Crowne at Briargate with a PTSR , Crowne at Briargate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Crowne at Briargate to access or use the PTSR.
